Stolen eBike Support

What To Do If Your RENAG eBike Is Stolen

Follow these steps as soon as possible. A Queensland Police report is required before RENAG can review the case, acknowledge the theft, and confirm the final amount payable.

01

Report the bike to Queensland Police

Submit a stolen bike report using the Queensland Police online form. You will need the information from your rental agreement contract, including the bike VIN number.

The VIN number is the most important detail when reporting a stolen eBike.
02

Send RENAG the police report number

After submitting the report, send the Queensland Police report number to sales@renagew.com and renagrental@gmail.com.

The report number usually starts with QP followed by numbers.
03

Wait for RENAG review

The RENAG team will reply within 1 to 4 business days after receiving the police report number.

We will acknowledge the theft and confirm the total amount payable by the customer.
04

Settle any outstanding balance

Direct debit will not be stopped until all outstanding debts have been paid.

The bike status changes from rented to stolen only from the date the police report is made.
05

Request a replacement bike if needed

If you need a new bike, all previous steps must be completed first.

A new payment agreement must be arranged before another bike can be provided.

Need help?
