RENAG eMobility Solutions is an Australian-based company that provides electric mobility products, vehicle control tools, rental services, and related support for riders and fleet partners.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply to the RENAG BLE Tool, related mobile or web applications, software features used to connect to and control RENAG vehicles and devices, and any services, support, or content provided through these apps.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our apps or services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, agree to comply with them and applicable laws, and agree to our Privacy Policy.
4. Eligibility and rider responsibilities
- You must be legally allowed to ride or use the vehicle in your location.
- You are responsible for riding safely and following road rules and local regulations.
- You must only use the app and vehicles in a lawful, responsible way.
- You must keep your login details, device, and any access codes secure.
5. Permitted use
You may use the RENAG BLE Tool and related apps solely to connect to and control authorised RENAG vehicles and devices, view status and diagnostics for your assigned vehicle, and access features made available to you by RENAG or a fleet partner.
6. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Attempt to access or control vehicles you are not authorised to use
- Reverse engineer, modify, bypass, or interfere with security or safety systems
- Use the app in a way that could damage vehicles, infrastructure, or put people at risk
- Use the services for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
- Copy or reuse our software, branding, or content without written permission
7. Safety, riding and compliance
RENAG does not control how or where you ride. You are responsible for wearing appropriate safety gear where required, checking the vehicle condition before riding, riding within legal speed limits and local road rules, and stopping use immediately if you notice any safety issue.
8. Fees, payments and rentals
Where our apps are used as part of a rental plan or service agreement, fees, billing cycles, deposits, and charges are set out in your separate rental or service agreement. You remain responsible for timely payment under that agreement.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the apps, software, branding, logos, and content is owned by or licensed to RENAG. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the apps solely for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
10. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the apps and services available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, immediate connection in all areas, or compatibility with all devices and third-party software. We may update, change, or remove features at any time to improve performance, security, or user experience.
11. Third-party services
Our apps may rely on or link to third-party services such as map services, app stores, or payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our apps and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free performance.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RENAG and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, loss of income, business, data, goodwill, or opportunity, or any injury or damage resulting from unsafe riding or misuse of vehicles or apps.
14. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps or services if you breach these Terms or any applicable laws, if we are required to do so by a partner or authority, or if we reasonably believe your use is unsafe, fraudulent, or abusive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may notify you through the app or by other reasonable means.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
